Dirty, full of bed bugs! Staff rude.

We felt welcomed by the staff upon check-in. The hotel allowed us to stay with my special needs son's autism support dog, which made a huge difference for our family. The nearby sights were easily walkable, creating a superb experience for us.

In my wife’s opinion, the rooms were cramped and lacked adequate ventilation. It would help if they provided more spacious family rooms.

I recently enjoyed a stay at this hotel and found the nearby Basilica of St Mary of Health to be a hidden gem, just a less than 5-minute walk away, while the charming Gallerie dell'Accademia was only about 500 meters from my room, allowing for wonderful strolls through Venice's picturesque streets.
